On January 24th 2026, the Stevens Bowling Team competed in the EIBT 3 at Rab's
Country Lanes in Staten Island, NY. In the tournament, each team had to bowl 5 sets of 5 baker
games. The Baker format is when a team has different players bowl the same game but
different frames. Instead of individual games, a team member will be tasked with bowling certain
frames, usually in a 5-person order. The pattern for this day was the 2025 PBA Johnson. This
pattern is a 40 ft medium-heavy oil pattern, with higher friction lanes. We had 3 teams at the
tournament, Varsity, JV1, and JV2.
Since this was a baker-only tournament, no individual games were bowled. Varsity
bowled a high game of 260, JV1 had a high game of 193, and JV2 had a high game of
244.Overall, the Varsity team placed 4th in the varsity division, with JV1 placing 4th and JV2
placing 6th in the junior varsity division. Furthermore, Varsity had a high set of 1054, JV1 had a
high set of 895, and JV2 had a high set of 886.
Overall, each team bowled very well, and we are hoping to continue performing well in
the upcoming tournament, the Northeast Classic
