Traveled to Stony Brook college for the northeast qualifier 1 regatta. Weather was rainy and wind was light. Throughout the day, the weather progressively improved, despite the continually poor wind conditions. Due to the conditions being not right for sailing, the fleet only sailed 6 out of the planned 16 races. All 5 Stevens sailors made it out on the water and competed in the event. We finished the regatta 2nd overall.
