Stevens Sailing opened competition at the Stony Brook Cup (Brendan Brown-McCue Memorial) on Saturday, April 25, in Port Jefferson, New York. The Ducks competed in a seven-team field featuring Stony Brook, Villanova, Kings Point, Drexel and Army in a two-division FJ regatta.

Stevens put together a competitive performance across both divisions. The Ducks were particularly consistent in A Division, recording four top-three finishes through the nine-race series. B Division also produced several strong results, including a second-place finish early in the competition.

The Ducks remained in contention throughout the regatta and positioned themselves for a strong overall finish against the regional field.
