Stevens Ducks Compete at Novak Memorial Metropolitan Championship

Stevens Crew wrapped up their spring season this Saturday at the Novak Memorial Metropolitan Championship, entering three boats across men's and women's events. Racing against strong regional competition on the waters off Glen Island, the Ducks showed resilience and determination in their final races of the year.

The Men's Novice 4+ raced a competitive heat, finishing with a time of 9:15.57 — narrowly missing a spot in the final by just one place.

Men's Varsity 4+ (Heat 2, 9:44 AM) Lineup: J. Lake, C. McDermott, S. Pearce, A. Berard, R. Huelsmann (Coxswain)
The Men's Varsity 4+ completed their race in 9:32.56, putting in a solid performance to close out their season.

Women's Varsity 4+ (Heat 1, 10:08 AM)  Lineup: A. Quinn, A. Wang, J. Schleuss, A. Allen, Q. Gainey (Coxswain)
The Women's Varsity 4+ crossed the line with a time of 11:01.54, delivering a strong effort against tough competition.

The regatta marked the conclusion of a hard-fought spring campaign for the Ducks, who demonstrated steady progress and competitive spirit throughout the year. Stevens now looks ahead to building on this foundation for the next season.
