Stevens Crew Competes at 2025 Kerr Cup Regatta
On Saturday 4/19 , Stevens Institute of Technology Crew, under the leadership of Coach Jeff Cohan, competed in the Kerr Cup Regatta held in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Facing off against strong competition from programs such as Michigan, Loyola, and Lehigh, the Ducks represented well and put forth a strong showing across the board. Two boats were entered into the regatta: the Men's Novice 4 and the Men's Varsity 4. The Men's Novice 4, coxed by
Ava Wang, featured
Liam Ruane at stroke, Jack Gonser in the 3 seat, Jon Biczack in the 2 seat, and Chris D'Addesa at bow. The crew rowed a solid race, finishing with a time of 11:30.47. The Men's Varsity 4 was coxed by
Quinn Gainey and powered by Joe Lake at stroke,
Evan Espinoza in the 3 seat,
Samuel Pearce in the 2 seat, and
Aidan Berard at bow. The Varsity 4 turned in an impressive performance with a final time of 10:59.92. With strong efforts and valuable race experience, Stevens Crew continues to build momentum as the spring racing season progresses
