Stevens Women's Volleyball National Tournament Summaries

Stevens vs. Western Washington U
Stevens's first opponent was Western Washington U on the first day of competition. The Ducks struggled with communicating with each other and putting up an offense. They ultimately lost the match, 16-25 and 13-25.
 
Stevens vs. UW-River Falls
The Ducks played against UW-River Falls in their second match of the day. Stevens played hard, with 5 digs from libero Kristy Chen, but ultimately lost the match, 14-25 and 15-25.
 
Stevens vs. Augustana C
In their final match of day, Stevens faced off against Augustana C. With an impressive 8-point service run from defensive specialist Heidi Herzog and 3 kills from right side hitter Autumn Coleman, the Ducks won the match in a very close game, 28-26 and 26-24. This victory placed Stevens third in their pool.
 
Stevens vs. Sonoma St U A
On the second day of competition, Stevens competed against Sonoma St U in a challenge round. Despite 6 digs from libero Kristy Chen, the Ducks lost 12-15 and 15-25 to the prior Division II champions. The Ducks advance to the consolation flight.
 
Stevens vs. U Wyoming
Stevens faced off against U Wyoming in their first pool play match of the day. The Ducks lost the first set 15-25. After an impressive 6-point service run from defensive specialist Heidi Herzog and 3 kills and 2 blocks from middle blocker Amber Johns, the Ducks came back to win the second set 25-18. Despite their best efforts, the Ducks lost the final set and match, 9-15.
 
Stevens vs. UW-Stout
In their final match of the day, Stevens went against UW-Stout. The Ducks lost the match 20-25 and 12-25, despite 3 kills and 3 block-touches from middle blocker Stephanie Ross. Stevens's losses against U Wyoming and UW-Stout places them in the copper bracket going into the final day of competition.
 
Stevens vs. Augustana C
On the final day of the tournament, Stevens faced off once again against Augustana C in the quarterfinals of the copper bracket. Stevens took advantage of their prior experience with the team to win the game 25-16 and 25-23. Right side hitter Dina Richards recorded a season's best of 4 kills throughout the match. The Ducks advance to the semifinals.
 
Stevens vs. C of New Jersey
Stevens faced off against former opponent TCNJ in the semifinals match. The Ducks lost the first set 19-25. After regrouping, Stevens came back to win the final two sets 25-14, and 15-10. Setter Jessica Noel notably scored 3 kills throughout the match, and outside hitter Ariana Martinez recorded 5 kills. The Ducks advance to the finals.
 
Stevens vs. Claremont C
In the finals match in the copper bracket, Stevens' opponent was Claremont C. The Ducks fought hard, with 6 kills from outside hitter Karen Xu and 3 digs from defensive specialist Lauren Kibalo, but ultimately lost the match 11-25, 19-25. The Ducks finish in second place in the copper bracket within division II.
