Stevens women's soccer delivered a strong performance on the road Thursday morning, earning a 3–1 victory over Fordham University in a competitive matchup in the Bronx.

From the opening whistle, the Ducks showed energy and composure, looking to control possession and establish the tempo early. Stevens moved the ball confidently through the midfield, using quick combinations and movement off the ball to create space against the Fordham defense. Defensively, the Ducks stayed compact and disciplined, limiting the Rams' ability to create dangerous opportunities.

Stevens generated the first promising chance of the match in the opening 10 minutes. A quick passing sequence through midfield allowed the Ducks to move into the attacking third, where a low shot from the edge of the box forced a save from the Fordham goalkeeper.

The Ducks continued to apply pressure and broke through in the 19th minute. A series of short passes moved the Ducks into the Fordham box before a final pass found a Stevens attacker in space. The resulting finish gave Stevens a two-goal cushion at 3–1.

Fordham increased the pressure during the final 15 minutes and created a pair of dangerous opportunities, but Stevens remained composed. The Ducks' defensive line continued to communicate well and cleared several threatening balls from the penalty area.

Stevens nearly added a fourth goal late in the match when another counterattack sent the Ducks forward with numbers, but the Fordham goalkeeper made a strong save to keep the score at 3–1.
