Stevens Alpine Battles at Regionals While Freestyle Sidelined by Weather

04.28.26

Men's Alpine
The Stevens Men's Alpine squad delivered a determined performance at regionals, taking on a competitive field in Saturday's Giant Slalom. Brian Williams led the team with a 20th-place finish and a combined time of 1:04.07, setting the pace for Stevens. He was followed by Connor Magee in 28th (1:05.80), while Nathan Harris and Ashton Kuzman rounded out the lineup in 39th (1:13.44) and 43rd (1:13.64) respectively. Despite challenging conditions and a stacked field, the group showed grit and consistency on the course.

Freestyle
The weekend took an unfortunate turn for Stevens' freestyle teams, as severe weather forced the cancellation of Sunday's competition. Without a chance to compete, both the men's and women's freestyle squads were unable to record official rankings, leaving what could have been a strong showing up to the elements.
