In the first game of the day, the Ducks beat Montclair State 7-4 in a well-rounded victory. Six of the nine Ducks starters recorded a hit, and on the pitching side, Reece Bushroe and Anthony Prestia combined for nine strikeouts and only three walks across the whole game. Later that day, Reece Bushroe hit a walk-off single in the Ducks 5-4 win over Montclair State, capping off a 2-for-3 day with a walk at the plate. Jack Lane and Dan Oppenheimer also recorded multi-hit days at the plate, solidifying the victory for the Ducks against Montclair for the third game in a row.
