February 18th - Slopestyle:
Skiers
Sunday's event was a big-air slopestyle, meaning the athletes had two attempts to hit two jumps on the course, the judges giving out scores based on the tricks they saw.
Jack Meldrum saw some big air, allowing him to place 17th out of the men skiers.
Snowboarders
All of our freestyle snowboarders were able to place top 10 in their divisions. Alex Alcaron came in 5th, Will Bany in 6th,
Mario Graniello in 7th, and
Conal Gillespie in 8th for men's today.
Julia Reznik secured 1st place and
Eva Baker placed 3rd for women's. Overall, we had a very strong performance from the Stevens freestyle team this weekend, giving us high hopes for the next few!
