Lifting Team Competes at USAPL Warwick Barbell Bash

Eight of our Stevens Lifters competed at the 2025 USAPL Warwick Barbell Bash in Warwick, New York at Intrepid Strength and Conditioning. Lifters and coaches left campus as a record-holding early time of 4:45am for weigh-ins at 7:00am and meet start at 9:00am. 

Alexis Najmy won 1st place in the Women's Raw Junior 60kg division with a total of 237.5 kg, Ana Viterbo 1st in the 90kg division with 310kg. In the Men's Junior Raw Divison, Ty Saito got 1st in the 67.5kg class with a total of 475. Cian Gahan placed first in the 82.5kg divison with a total of 582.5kg. Our lifters all claimed the top three awards in the Men's Raw Junior 100kg division, with Dennis Bollettino placing 3rd, Raymond Murphy placing 2nd, and Owen Herrera placing 1st with totals of 567.5kg, 590kg, and 605kg, respectively! Lastly, Brandon Lau placed 1st in the Men's Raw Teen III 125kg Division with our heaviest total of the day at 635kg! 

Stevens performed incredible acts of strength, claiming gold in 8 separate weight classes in the Junior and Teen III raw divisions they competed in. While the first time at Warwick Barbell, our lifters were happy to be returning to another USAPL certified meet and put up personal record holding totals at this meet, and we look forward to continuing with this federation!
