The Ducks got off to a slow start letting up a goal 3 minutes into the game. #8 Paul Golembiewski got Stevens onto the board shortly after to tie up the game. Steven's #13 Bernard Vitale came through with a goal at 2:20 left in the first period assisted by #72 Kevin McNamara and #2 Dylan Faulhaber. Stevens dominated in the second period with four total goals. #19 Thomas Bissaillon and Faulhaber each had an even-strength goal while #12 Nick Adams and McNamara each had a powerplay goal. Vitale helped to seal the game in the third period earning himself a hat trick with two more goals. The Ducks finished strong with a goal from #90 Dave Canales with 5:38 left in the game and another from Adams at 1:26. The game ended 10-1 as the Ducks took their second win of the season.
