10/11 In their second matchup of the season the Ducks traveled to Ramapo College to take on the Roadrunners. Ramapo got it started earlier scoring in the first minute of the game to take the early lead following it up with another on the powerplay just two minutes later. Stevens was able to respond on their first powerplay of the night when Kevin Mcnamara buried a rebound to bring the game to 2-1 in favor of the Roadrunners. With time running out in the first period
Paul Golembiewski beat the goalie on a snapshot to take it into the first intermission tied. Unfortunately, this would be all the offense the Ducks could generate being held goalless in the following two periods while Ramapo was able to convert on two more powerplay opportunities as well as a adding an even strength goal to finish the game with a score of 5-2. The Ducks look to improve next weekend with a matchup against former MCHC rival New York Hockey Club (Columbia University) when they faceoff on Sunday the 20th at Barnabas Hockey House.
