Women's Club Soccer VS. Monmouth on Sep.28th

Stevens versus Monmouth was the second home game of the Stevens Women's Club Soccer team season thus far. The Stevens girls were ready to take home the win on their home field. The first half started off strong. Unfortunately Monmouth was able to pass the ball through the middle of the Stevens defensive line and pass to another player on their team and score. However just minutes before the first half ended, Victoria Wuestneck, a Stevens forward, scored a goal which tied up the game for the first half. During the second half of the game, Stevens played mainly on the offensive and took lots of shots on net. Finally, Lauren Renna took a shot from the top of the box and scored. The game ended with a score of 2-1. It was the first win of the season for the Steven's Women's Club Soccer team.
