February 2nd - Slalom:
Men
The second day told a similar story with another slalom race in equally unfavorable
conditions. This day two Stevens racers were able to secure times, Roy Tas was able to secure
14th place with a time of 1:45.73. Connor Magee was able to pick up 17th with a time of
1:48.45. Unfortunately, this does mean that Ashton Merkert-Kuzman, Pavel Ryutov, Micheal
Folmer, Brian Galasso, Noah Czuj, Dean Fillipone, Brian Williams, Gabriel Malek, and Miguel
Aguirre were unable to complete their runs.
Women
Unfortunately, our only female racer of the weekend Aliona Heitz was unable to
complete her run on the ice.
