Christopher Bartell put up a blazing-fast time of 1:04.06 on his first run but was unfortunately disqualified on his second run in part due to icy conditions.

Freestyle, Railjam:

Skiers
The Stevens athletes came out with a great performance for the first rail jam of the season. With 15 minutes to perform the best freestyle trick they could, both Lucas Hope and Isabella Vena of our skiers impressed judges enough to make it to the finals. They placed 12th for men and 15th for women respectively. Nicolas Plaskon, Logan Hickey, and Aidan Giordano all tied for 30th, as they unfortunately did not make finals. Snowboarders
The snowboarders also performed exceptionally well at the rail jam, with many athletes making finals. This was Christopher Bartel for our men and Julia Reznik and Eva Baker for our women. All athletes performed well. In the men's division, Christopher placed 6th, and in the women's division Eva placed 4th and Julia secured 2nd place for Stevens. Unfortunately, William Bany did not make it to the finals and placed 20th.
