The New Jersey Collegiate Outdoor Open was definitely something new for the Stevens Archery team.  It was the first time any of the members had shot outdoor, making it a new learning experience for everyone.  The wind blew, changing directions every second, and the target was much further away than what the team was used to, but they were able to pull through.  With guidance from the team coach, Gerald Ficeto, Peter Liu was able to make it to the semi-finals of the elimination bracket with a score of 120.  Despite the discouraging results, the team had a great day and a new story to tell.
