Dave is an enthusiastic skipper/coach with a passion for sailing and being on the sea. He learned how to sail in the Bahamas at age of 11 and continued to grow his sailing skills in the Long Island Sound where he has been sailing for over 20 years. He truly believes that life is better on the sea and he is excited to share his passion with the Stevens community.
Dave has sailed in Mallorca, Spain, Lanzarote Spain, Sperlonga west coast Italy, Lake Geneva Switzerland, Splitz Adriatic Sea Croatia, Isla Margarita Venezuela Caribbean Sea, and the Bahamas Caribbean Sea. Dave has extensive sailing experience and is qualified in ICC offshore Sail and Power, First Aid at Sea, Marine Radio and Personal Safety and Social Responsibility at Sea.
