How long will it take to activate my account?
Please allow up to 3 business days to activate your account. You will be notified when the account is activated and then you can start reserving time at the pool. If you create an account over the weekend, it will
NOT be activated until Monday.
How do I become approved to use the facilities?*
Hoboken residents: Please go
here to register with the city of Hoboken. In order to become approved you must show proof of residency.
Weehawken residents: Please visit the Weehawken recreation office to show proof of residency. You can also call the recreation office at
201-319-6061.
Where do I pay?
Please pay
here. If you are paying for multiple months, please indicate that in the comment section. At this time, there is no recurring payment option. At the end of your membership plan you
MUST repay and reactivate your account if you wish to continue using the facility.
How do I create my Stevens ID?
Hoboken residents: email a headshot to
hobokenresidents@stevens.edu
Weehawken residents: email a headshot to
weehawkenresidents@stevens.edu
In the email, include your name, address, phone number, and the membership plan you are purchasing. Everyone 18 years or older must have a Stevens ID to access the facility.
How do I reserve a spot at the pool?
Please go under the schedule tab or click
here. Select pool, the time you wish to reserve, and confirm. Reservations can be made at any time, but please try to register at least 30 minutes before coming to the pool. If you do not see a time available, it's because you cannot access the pool during that time.
What do I need to bring to the pool?
On your first visit, please show your Stevens ID and proof of payment. After the first visit, you will only need your Stevens ID to access the facility.
I am a part of Stevens faculty/staff, am I allowed to bring my family to the pool?
Family's of faculty, staff, and students are
not permitted to use the Athletic facilities, including the pool. However, if you are a resident of Hoboken or Weehawken, Stevens offers pool memberships that can be purchased.
My membership has expired, how do I re-activate my account?
Once the end date of your drop-in, 2 week, or monthly membership is up your account will expire. Please log back into our DSE account (
login page) and follow the steps that you did when you first created an account and submit. Your account will then be reactivated once all of the steps have been completed.
Are guests allowed?
No guests are allowed. Only people under your plan and residents of Hoboken and Weehawken are allowed.
When are swimming lessons/classes going to resume?
At this time, we are not offering swim lessons. Please email
stevensaquatics@gmail.com if you have any questions or would like to be added to our email list to be notified when classes become available.
